If you're wanting a country wedding, you'll love our venue with its simple rates and relaxing meadow by the river with a peaceful green forest background. Our wedding rate is a unique way to decide how long you want your day or weekend to last. $300 per hour with a four hour minimum for up to 200 guests. (caps at 10 hours when also booking the shouse)

The property is available 8 am to start decorating and is part of your hourly rate. Weddings can last until 11 pm but allow time to clean up your personal items within your contracted hours. We'll gladly help anyway we can.
If you'd like to have a weekend wedding Friday to Sunday or Monday, you can book the shouse (shop house) that sleeps eleven for $300 per night, two night minimum. We also offer a comfortable RV you can rent. You might want to bring your own RV and maybe put up some tents. Prices. It's perfect for family and friends to join in the festivities while being awesome helpers, enjoy the rehearsal and then have a rehearsal dinner on-site. Then, the next morning, your team could finish last minute plans, have ample photo time and a relaxed ceremony followed by a great wedding dinner party and dancing into the night on the large 30' x 40' patio under starry lights. It also makes more time for visiting and clean up next day.
We book the entire venue for just your wedding weekend. The hourly rate $300 per hour included the kitchen, living room and bridal room of the shouse, but when you book the house for the weekend, you have the whole house with bedrooms for eleven, two night minimum and the wedding rental time caps at $3000 which gives you lots more hours for your wedding.
A $700.00 non-refundable booking fee is due at the time of booking. This booking fee will turn into a damage deposit for your event and will be refunded to you within 30 days after your wedding. (Provided there is no damage or additional charges.) The balance is due 30 days prior to your event. Payments can be made by cash, check or Venmo. (Venmo payments include credit cards.)
We do not cater, but highly recommend a great food caterer called The Settlement from Priest River 208-639-0060. There's several more caterers in our area. Also, you'll love disc jockey, Cory, 509-456-8635. www.dancejockey.com. Lots of possibilities.
