Wedding Venue 

$300 per hour with a four hour minimum for up to 200 guests

This is a unique way to decide how long you want your wedding event. Your planned hours could include rehearsal dinner, wedding day preparations, ceremony, meals, entertainment, dancing and all that you've wanted on your wedding day.  

The venue price includes:

• Three gorgeous country locations by the river.
• 6 ft. round tables and chairs
• Long tables 
• White or black tablecloths
• Overhead starry lights
• Sound system
• Wedding decorations

Also offering a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room and a bridal room with lots of mirrors. Plenty of parking space and lots of entertaining lawn games.   

There's a $300 non-refundable retainer due upon execution of a contract agreement. The balance is due 30 days prior to your event. 

The property is available 8:00 am to start decorating and laste minute preparations and is part of your hourly rate. Weddings can last until 10:00 pm but allow time to clean up your personal items within your contracted hours. We'll gladly help anyway we can.
