Wedding Venue 

Wedding rate is $300 per hour with a three hour minimum for up to 125 guests.

This is a unique way to decide how long you want your wedding event while possibly keeping the costs lower. Your planned hours could include rehearsal dinner, wedding day preparations, ceremony, meals, entertainment, dancing and all that you've wanted on your wedding day.  

The venue price includes a gorgeous choice of three country locations by the river, three choices of arbors, 6 ft. round tables and chairs set up and clean up, white or black table linens, wispy sheers with overhead starry lights, sound system and wedding decorations. You'll have use of a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room and a sweet bridal room with lots of mirrors, plenty of parking space and lots of entertaining lawn games.   

There's a $300 non-refundable retainer due upon execution of a contract agreement. The balance is due 30 days prior to your event. The property is available 8:00 am to start decorating and laste minute preparations and is part of your hourly rate. Weddings can last until 10:00 pm but allow time to clean up your personal items within your contracted hours. We'll gladly help anyway we can.
