Wedding Venues
Wedding rate is $400 per hour with a three hour minimum for 150 guest maximum
This is a unique way to decide how long you want your wedding event while possibly keeping the costs lower. Your planned hours could include rehearsal dinner, wedding day preparations, ceremony, meals, entertainment, dancing and all that you've wanted on your wedding day.
The venue price includes gorgeous country setting, an arbor, tables and chairs set up and clean up, linens, wispy shear curtains, overhead starry lights, use of wedding decorations, plenty of parking space, entertaining lawn games, and a comfortable bridal room with lots of mirrors, sofas, make-up tables with perfect lighting.
There's a $500 non-refundable retainer due upon execution of a contract agreement. The balance is due 30 days prior to your event. After your initial site tour, and you're fully booked for six hours, we offer an extra complimentary hour. The property is available 8:00 am to start decorating and other preparations and is part of your hourly rate. Weddings can last until 10:00 pm but allow time to clean up your personal items within your contracted hours. We'll be nearby to gladly help if you need it.
East Venue
The East Venue has three locations to choose for your ceremony, on the large patio, at the meadow by the river, next to the river or surrounded by the forest.
If you choose the East Venue wedding package that offers accommodations, you'll have full size kitchen and use of the entire venue. More time to enjoy preparations!
West Venue
The West Venue has a covered 100 ft by 40 ft pavilion with a high ceiling covered with magical lights which are perfect for a wedding, receptions, and dances. There's several choices for a country wedding.
Meal preparations will be easy in the full size kitchen which has two additional refrigerators in the next room and a convenient door opening for easy food handling.
(The great lawn is currently being upgraded.)
Wedding Accommodations
Add to your celebration by renting the big house at the East Venue, plus staying in your RVs and/or tents for the weekend. It'll give everyone plenty of time from 3 pm Friday evening to use the large kitchen to prepare for a rehearsal dinner, finish wedding preparations and then have an unhurried wedding on Saturday with your wedding dinner, games and dancing.
Then after the newlyweds have had their grand escape on their honeymoon, family and friends can stay to have a relaxing Saturday evening and Sunday morning until checkout at 11am. If you choose this option, the wedding cost caps off of the hourly rate to set $6000 for total use of the East Venue for the entire weekend.
The house accommodates eleven, add three RV sites with one extra tent each. That's a lot of people to help have fun with your wedding for the weekend. Note, only guest using the accommodations can stay after 10 pm Friday for the rehearsal dinner and on Saturday after the wedding celebrations until 10 pm. Quiet time is 11 pm.
