Whether you're looking to use the wedding venues, relax by the river, take a leisurely stroll through the meadow, or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings, Meadow by the River offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
Invitingly Comfortable
If this is your first time staying in a shouse, a shophouse (shop + house = shouse), you're in for a treat. Everything is bigger with lots of room. The great room has a thirteen foot ceiling to enjoy the spacious living room, dining and fully furnished kitchen.
Add two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other queen size, laundry room and two full size bathrooms, you have plenty of room for your reunion, event or getaway in the country.
A spiral staircase to the second floor loft takes you into the tv room, full bath, cubby play corner for little people and a large bunk room that sleeps seven plus a few more if some younger ones want to sleep on a pullout mattress.

Families and guests of all ages will find plenty of entertainment outdoors. From a playground for the little ones to fun treasure hunts for everyone, Corn Hole, Spike Ball, Bocce Ball, there's something to enjoy. The large patio is perfect for gathering, eating, singing around the campfire, and even dancing under the stars.
The slow-moving river that resembles a peaceful lake. Take advantage of activities like canoeing, relaxing on the meadow and exploring the trails nearby. And when you're ready to play in the water, use our private boat ramp. Bring your water toys and get wet! We have some water toys available, but bring yours too. There's plenty of folding chairs and a picnic table in the water play area. It's not a sandy beach but it's easy to launch canoes.
This place is also a sweet place to just relax and unwind by the river. Our outdoor space is designed to help you connect with nature, and create lasting memories with your loved ones. Sounds wonderful!
RV and Tent Areas
We also have four RV campsites with river views. Each site can have one tent no extra charge. There's water at the sites, but no electricity at this time although we offer a generator to charge at a convenient time.
